The puffin coats that I ordered were out of stock. I got an email pretty quickly asking if I wanted a refund or a different product. I asked for them to be replaced with the vests. Easy as could be. And while I liked the puffy coats, the vests were adorable and a huge hit as gifts. All of the koozies were also half the price of some other companies. Arrived promptly, great quality and a lot of fun!!!! Will definitely shop here again and recommend
