DESCRIPTION
Tempress manufactures two different size All-Weather shells. The All-Weather Low-Back Cushions only fit the All-Weather Low-Back Seat shells. To determine if you have the All-Weather High-Back or the All-Weather Low-Back seat shell you will need to remove the original cushions and fold your seat in the down position. When in the folded down position the back of the seat should be a couple of inches shorter than the length of the bottom to be classified as an All-Weather Low-Back seat.

TEMPRESS Products warrants that the products described in this warranty are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one 1 year with respect to vinyl covered and/or upholstered products and one 1 year with respect to plastic products and plastic components of products, such time periods beginning on the original date of purchase.
Return:
- All returns must be recevied within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of receipt will be supplied a pre-paid label for return shipping upon approval.
