C-Strobe, LED Manually Activated Personal Distress Strobe Light gives boaters life vest Strobe with easy to use, twist on, twist off control emergency beacon. This 45 Lumen strobe light includes a PDF clip, lanyard & velcro strap. (requires 2 AA batteries - not included)

The LED C-Strobe is a manually activated personal distress strobe light with dramatically improved operating life. This rugged little waterproof light is USCG/SOLAS approved and has a 45 lumen LED that operates typically for 120 hours continuously. The C-Strobe is activated manually with an easy twist On/Off activation making this an ideal light for all outdoor enthusiasts.

Not a reliable safety device.

I pulled it out of my bag to check it for Spring which is really windy in Santa Cruz, California. The plastic that forms the switch, inside the seal had, soften and crumbled.
