  • This vest is NOT a life jacket or PFD. The buoyancy and distribution of this vest are NOT sufficient to float either a conscious or a non-conscious person. Changes in water state will dramatically change the performance in the vest’s ability to keep the user afloat. This vest will not provide the user with significant thermal protection, is not designed for high speed use, and will not provide protection at such speeds.
