Once an order has been shipped, you will normally receive e-mail notification along with the order tracking number. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers may not have tracking numbers immediately available.
Making Changes to Your Order
Our business offices are open M-F from 7am-4pm PST. We are only able to make changes during our business hours. Most orders are processed electronically and cannot be modified or canceled after the order has been placed.
Cancellations
Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.
Cancellation Fees
Special orders or orders containing a large quantity of items may incur a cancellation fee to cover the cost of procuring items from a supplier or manufacturer. Shipping fees will not be refunded for cancelled orders that have already shipped.
Review our return policy. If you have an account, log in and request a return under My Account. If you don’t have an account, please contact us to return an item.
To calculate the time for your package to arrive, add the estimated "ships out" time to the transit time for the selected carrier and/or delivery service.
Example: You ordered a product with a ships out time of 3 Days and you chose UPS Ground (1-5 business days). Your package should arrive in 8 business days.
Times are expressed in business days, excluding holidays. Additional delays may occur during busy seasons.
Holiday Closures
We are closed on: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Friday After, Christmas Eve & Day.

Orders with multiple items may be delayed 2-6 days due to consolidation. Taxes & duties are not included.

Items marked hazardous incur a $35 handling fee in addition to freight charges. International shipments may be charged more.
Oversized and freight items (over 150lbs) require custom quotes. Our team will contact you within 24 hours with a shipping quote.
Free Shipping applies to orders over $99 and under 25lbs within the contiguous US. Restrictions apply (no hazardous, oversized, truck freight, or custom orders).
