Shipping policy

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOCAL PICK UP:

Orders are typically available for pick-up in 1-2 business days. Most orders are picked up at one of our LFS Bellingham Location. We will email you when your order is ready to let you know where and when you may pick up your order. 
 
SHIPPING:

If you Chose UPS Ground: Please allow delivery transit time of 5-7 business days for all orders shipped using ground shipping methods. Orders originate in warehouses throughout the United States. Your order may be delayed if your billing address does not match what your bank or credit card issuer has on file and we will contact you via email. 

If you Chose USPS or Amazon shipping: Please allow 3-14 business days for all orders shipped using these shipping methods. Orders originate in warehouses throughout the United States. Your order may be delayed if your billing address does not match what your bank or credit card issuer has on file and we will contact you via email. 

Internationally related orders and shipments: All customs, duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable. Due to staging requirements, this order may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship. Additional information may be requested via email to process your order. 

 

Additional Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may not reflect accurate rates on oversized shipments, multiple packages or because of international carrier restrictions. Your order may need to be revised and we will send you a shipping quote as soon as we are aware of the issue via email. 

Your order may ship in separate boxes or from multiple warehouses. Shipping dates may change due to changes in supply or freight scheduling. In most cases, orders will be held until all items are available to ship. Credit cards are typically charged at the time of shipment or within 7 days from order placement.
